We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and the Site is not directed at children.
3. How we use your personal data

Respond to enquiries submitted through our forms, advertising lead forms, or by email
Contact you about your enquiry or application, including by email, telephone or LinkedIn
Assess job applications and manage recruitment
Send insights, news or updates where you have asked to receive them

Understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of our marketing and advertising

5. International data transfers
Because Manta operates across the United Kingdom, Dubai (UAE) and Hong Kong, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries outside your home jurisdiction, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you are located.

Funding applications: for the duration of our evaluation, and afterwards for a reasonable period in case of a renewed approach or as required for our records
Enquiries and marketing contacts: for as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry, and thereafter while you remain a relevant business contact, unless you ask us to stop contacting you
Job applications: for the duration of the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete your data sooner or we are required to retain it for longer
When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
